Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Operations & Development Associate with experience in managing government tech deployments, webcasting setups, and digital infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong grasp of backend tools, dashboards, and integration of field technology.
Job Summary
- Manage large-scale webcasting projects for civic, legislative, and exam-based deployments
- Coordinate with field teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards for project tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of streaming protocols, server configurations, and basic tech troubleshooting
- Documentation and SOP preparation for field and tech teams
- Exposure to biometric systems, UIDAI protocols, or similar digital governance projects is a plus
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JS, Bootstrap) for dashboard/interface customization
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and live streaming tools (e.g., AWS, OBS, RTMP)
- Database understanding (MySQL, Firebase, or similar)
- Basic API integration and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in managing field devices via centralized control panels
- Knowledge of web-based user authentication systems and role-based access
- Comfortable handling encrypted data and secure streaming protocols
- Proficiency in documentation using Excel, Sheets, and ticketing tools
Others
Strong communication and coordination skills. Must be proactive, flexible, and able to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support webcasting operations across 1000+ remote sites
- Assist in live monitoring, device health tracking, and issue resolution
- Coordinate real-time with technical teams and field staff
- Work on projects involving UIDAI, Election Commission, NTA, etc.
- Handle client reporting and deliverables with accuracy
Experience: 2–5 Years (Govt. Tech Project experience preferred)
