By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the RMSO website located at rmso.in, and all associated sites linked to rmso.in, or the RMSO mobile application or any similar platform (hereinafter collectively, the RMSO Platform run by RMSO Services Private Limited, having its registered office at 149/72 Hari Nagar, Dugawn Aminabad, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226018 and/or any of its affiliates on any device and/or before availing any services offered by RMSO on the RMSO Platform. You agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions. The RMSO Services shall be used by you subject to your adherence with the T&Cs. As long as you accept and comply with these T&Cs, RMSO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to enter and use the RMSO Platform and/or avail the RMSO Services

In no event shall RMSO, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. RMSO, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent RMSO from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

RMSO is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
The RMSO is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between RMSO and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Uttar Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.
Terms and Conditions related to RMSO Services
General terms of use
- The primary guest (if it is not the customer), must be at least 18 years of age, to be able to check-in to an Accommodation.
- Check-ins and check-outs are subject to Service Providers’ policy and terms. Customers are advised to acquaint themselves with the relevant policies before making a reservation. In case a customer is denied check-in, the website will not be responsible and/or liable for the same.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability of Accommodation and the Service Provider may charge you additional tariff, subject to availability and upon Service Provider’s sole discretion. The check-in and check-out timings may change depending on seasonality and the respective Service Provider’s policies.
- It is mandatory for customer to furnish photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, government issued photo identification have to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at an Accommodation. The identification proof includes but not limited to: Aadhaar card, driving license, voter identification card, passport, or such other documents as the Service Provider may deem fit. Without a valid identification proof, the customer may not be allowed to check-in. Note – customer will note that PAN card will not be accepted as a valid identification proof.
